Shipping Information & Return and Refund Conditions
SHIPPING INFORMATION
After placing your jacket order, your product will be custom-made for you within 5 business days and will be delivered to you through the agreed upon shipping companies*. Once your product is handed over to the shipping company, you can track your order using the provided tracking number.
RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS
You can return the product within 15 days from the delivery date. The item to be returned must be undamaged, unused, and free from any damage due to misuse. If the products reach us in a used, worn, or washed condition, we may have to return them to you, and a refund will not be issued in such cases.
